About The Position

Nexus Brands Group is a global leader in the tattoo, pet grooming and beauty industries. Chris Christensen Systems, LLC, part of Nexus Brands Group's Pet Group, is a leader in the dog show and grooming industries that manufactures a variety of products for show enthusiasts and professional groomers including shampoos, conditioners, odor control, styling products, and more. We have a wide variety of products, with over 425 SKUs, 70% of which are manufactured within our warehouse located in Fairfield, Texas. We are seeking a hard-working, detail oriented, self-starter to add to our warehouse family. The Production Inventory Associate organizes, and transports completed, finished goods from Production area to assigned bin locations, replenishes stock for the picking and packing team and assists with bottling, packaging and labelling finished products, according to product & packaging specifications, as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must provide steel-toed shoes to comply with safety regulations.
  • Satisfactory results of a background check

  • Experience with forklift and electric pallet jack

Responsibilities

  • Organizes and transports finished goods from Production areas to assigned bin locations using forklift
  • Replenishes stock for picking and packing teams
  • Operates fill stations and equipment, as assigned
  • Gathers correct bottles, labels, caps and other packaging according to product specifications
  • Accurately prepares and completes various paperwork as required
  • Perform clean up duties
  • Safely lifts and maneuvers drums at full capacity (400 – 500 lbs.) using dollies and pallet jacks
  • Properly washes empty drums (approx. 20 lbs. when empty) and cleans pumping kettles as assigned
  • Follows workplace safety policies and guidelines
  • Perform any other duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Company’s values
