About The Position
The Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Auditor will validate product to be delivered to customers as part of process to measure outbound selection accuracy. Responsibilities include assisting with research and resolution of errors. Earn $19.00 per hour while in training. Second shift, 10:00 PM until completed. Work environments include Perishable (Refrigerated) – about 28°- 60°F and Freezer (about -20°F to 0°F).
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, pull, stoop, grip, carry, and lift objects from 20lbs to 60 lbs.
- Experience with warehouse and inventory management systems and software preferred.

Responsibilities
- Validate physical product matches the customer order using a handheld scanner.
- Scan and unload product to the floor performing a physical count to the scanner count.
- Root cause all errors found by reviewing actual and surrounding pick slots.
- Correct all mis-select errors and shortages as necessary based on the customer contract.
- Reload validated product onto pallet and return to dock or trailer after audit.
- Carry out quality checks related to pallet construction, ensuring product is wrapped, stacked, and positioned well on the pallet and in good condition.
- Unload pallets by operating an electronic pallet jack or identify random pallets not yet loaded for audit.
