Requirements

HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
Ability to work the required schedule of Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, inventory auditing, or reconciliation activities in a warehouse or distribution environment
Proficiency using inventory management, ERP, or warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle or similar platforms)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify, research, and resolve inventory discrepancies accurately
Experience maintaining inventory records, tracking adjustments, and supporting inventory accuracy initiatives
Familiarity with receiving processes, product inspections, quality control procedures, and discrepancy reporting
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy

Nice To Haves

Specialized skills training/certification may be required.
Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment safely; certification preferred

Responsibilities

Audits inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.
Researches and resolves all key issues, adjustments, and discrepancies, ensuring compliance with established internal control procedures.
Assists in maintaining inventory accuracy, completes follow-up to all previous inventory adjustments, and reviews cycle counts.
Maintains time control tables consistent with base tables, keys, and reviews allocations.
Receives products from vendors to check for quality and communicates potential quality issues to buyers.
Maintains quality control and inventory control manuals.
Maintains a safe work environment by following safety policies, conducting inspections, and promoting best practices.
Other duties as assigned.
