About The Position

The Inventory Control and Profiling II team member supports Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, Garnet Hill, and will ensure inventory problems are resolved correctly and efficiently to maintain inventory integrity for fulfillment operations. You will report to the Inventory Control Supervisor and support the cycle count program.

Requirements

• Inventory Control & Profiling I Team Member experience for a minimum of 6 months.
• Knowledge of the pick pack process, replenishment and returns put away process.
• Trained on PIT equipment (walkie, crane, and stockpicker).
• Lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
• Basic knowledge of PkMS and RF devices.
• Perform/help with daily responsibilities such as cycle counting, problem resolution and other product control issues.
• Team player attitude, willing to work in other areas of the operation and work with all levels of our Cornerstone team members.
• Good decision making ability to work on multiple tasks or projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform location and aisle maintenance cycle counts and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with Team Lead(s) and Coordinators to ensure completion of assigned goals and projects.
• Support in the identification of case or product inventory issues and then support process improvements.
• Resolve inventory problems and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
