In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the daily activities to the Count Team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to established inventory control procedures. Requirements

One to two years related experience or equivalent.
Possess excellent product knowledge.
Proficient in use of the WMS Inventory system, scanners, and HighJump.
Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Acute attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Outlook and Excel.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

Assist with accurate controlling and tracking physical inventory.
Functions as the primary contact person to perform stock check requests.
Participates in inventory process and daily audits; reviews, verifies, researches and resolves inventory discrepancies.
Corrects bar code issues as needed or directed.
Maintains and manages accurate records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, and/or supplies stocked.
Interacts daily with the Inventory Control Supervisor on inventory items.
Performs required administrative tasks; prepares all required reports and correspondence.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a cooperative manner with customers, co-workers and managers.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
