About The Position

The Inventory Control Coordinator assists with stock taking, monitors inventory, and performs inventory control responsibilities to support coordination of incoming and outgoing product. The role reviews and updates inspections and corrected inventories, researches customer claims, and maintains lot information and inventory records. It also monitors automation equipment and controls to help ensure proper inventory levels and accuracy, while following company policies and safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, plus 2–3 years of warehouse inventory-related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• Knowledge of inventory cataloguing techniques and packaging of goods.
• Basic technological knowledge and ability to operate a PC.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with other departments.
• Solid work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Update and review all inspections and corrected inventories.
• Research customer claims.
• Print and purge the monthly master lot, and store one month locally in a binder.
• Supply lot information on cut orders, including tallying previously pulled orders.
• Audit the product availability error report.
• Comply with and ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Monitor automation equipment and controls to ensure proper inventory levels and accuracy.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed.
