This role is responsible for managing the location's tracker inventory and reconciling billing invoices. The Inventory Control Coordinator will manage the retrieval of trackers that require further attention (RFA) and determine corrective actions. They will also be responsible for returning defective trackers to Cox2M, ensuring the user interface and billing accurately reflect returns and new orders. The position involves monitoring vehicle inventory volume and fluctuations to proactively anticipate changes and coordinate with Management and GCM to manage inventory levels. The role requires the ability to review and comprehend the inventory analytics dashboard and adhere to project metrics. The Inventory Control Coordinator will proactively communicate status to Leadership and the Global Inventory Control Manager (GCM), identify opportunities to enable the location to achieve or exceed lot operations goals, and monitor and work with team(s) to address issues to prevent leakage and maintain a healthy tracker inventory. This role also involves building and sustaining relationships with lot operations teams, serving as the central point of contact regarding tracker inventory, and championing identified change, project adoption, and continuous improvement. Training will be delivered to impacted departments on processes and procedures, and adoption of project standards, operating procedures, best practices, and metrics will be enforced. The role supports the Lot Vision program by actively participating in ICC calls and focusing on continuing education for program advancement. Assistance with Lot Vision deployments and support will also be provided. Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
