Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or related areas.
  • Experience with inventory transactions, material receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of ERP, SAP, Oracle, WMS, or other inventory management systems preferred.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, food, or other regulated industries preferred.
  • Bilingual(English/Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process inventory receipts, transfers, dispatches, and adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Support cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding material deliveries.
  • Assist with safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and perform basic analysis of inventory data to identify discrepancies and data-entry errors.
  • Communicate and collaborate with operational personnel to clarify information and support the resolution of inventory-related issues.
  • Coordinate with the Tank Farm Supervisor to establish material-receiving strategies with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with Engineering on safety process improvements, implementation of corrective actions, and procedure reviews, as required.
