About The Position
As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will generate, publish, and complete all data entry needed for all Inventory reconciliation reporting. You will maintain high internal customer service by answering emails, phone calls, and all verbal requests linked to inventory and material accuracies. You will assist in root cause analysis for discrepancies and assist in correcting them. You will also perform all duties pertaining to audits, cycle counts, and research analysis.
Requirements
- Experience in inventory control, materials management, or related field.
- Must be proficient in Excel.
- Must be willing to work in warehouse environment and trained to operate all job required devices and machinery.
- Experience with Root cause analysis projects for recurring discrepancies.
Nice To Haves
- PIT Equipment certified, minimum of the Stock Picker, Reach Truck and other equipment are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review and reconcile daily inventory discrepancies.
- Perform cycle counts and audits.
- Enter and validate data in SAP.
- Monitor stock levels and investigate variances.
- Communicate with internal teams and 3PL partners.
- Maintain reports and documentation.
- Support packaging inventory tracking and purchase orders.
