About The Position

Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos' company-wide “We Win Hearts” culture. Processes Food and Beverage invoices, balances receivers to invoices, and inputs purchase orders into JDE. Processes warehouse pick slips, scans invoices into ICG, and completes the HUDE process in ICG Work Flow. Generates and processes blanket purchase orders, checks vendor bids, and completes short pays. Performs basic month-end inventory functions, including counting and using inventory scanners.

Requirements

• Knowledge of and experience with Inventory Control JDE and ICG.
• Ability to perform basic data entry.
• Efficiency with 10-key data entry.
• Good organizational skills.
• Flexibility with daily responsibilities and work schedule.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
