The clerk will also assist with processing wholesale deals, issuing refund checks to customers, and providing filing and receptionist duties as needed. Additionally, the position requires scanning invoices/MSRP, resolving discrepancies in inventory data, updating the Transportation Log, and transferring inventory and DMV packets. Collaboration with management and other departments, providing assistance to accounting staff, and supporting month-end closing procedures are also key responsibilities. For the Tucson office, this role includes purchasing new units into accounting software systems and providing audit support.
