Requirements
- Problem-solving skills to come up with ways to improve overall efficiency and overcome inventory problems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Data entry experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years of shipping or logistics experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Experience using NetSuite or similar ERP system
Responsibilities
- Review daily shipment log
- Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries
- Track shipments and update master list
- Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments
- Communicate delivery updates with customer service team
- Oversee inventory
- Evaluate the selection and shipping process and work to improve efficiency
