About The Position

The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for ensuring that materials, packaging materials, and ingredients are in their assigned locations and properly identified. This role involves reconciling physical inventory counts with database records, correcting any discrepancies, and maintaining accurate material counts. The clerk will also conduct research for misplaced inventory, assist with issuing and returning materials from the production floor to the warehouse, and ensure that equipment and material rooms are kept clean and organized. Other relevant duties may be assigned.

• Advanced math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials, packaging materials and ingredients are in their assigned locations and properly identified.
• Reconcile physical count of inventory against the inventory count in database, and correct discrepancies.
• Ensure equipment and materials rooms are clean and organized.
• Maintain accurate material counts.
• Conduct research for misplaced inventory.
• Assist with issuing and returning materials, packaging materials and ingredients from the production floor to the warehouse.
• Perform all other relevant duties to the job.
