About The Position

Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type and value of finished goods inventory warehoused in the Distribution Center, makes sure inventory is accurate, allocates customer orders, maintains a balanced pick, research shipping errors, and creates replenishment assignments.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Teamwork: Contributes to building a positive team spirit.
Forklift operator license issued by Momentec Brands following the completion of scheduled training and passing both a written and a driving test.
Minimum of 6 months of prior forklift experience.
Ability to utilize a computer to complete assignments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Complete required training and acquire skill set to operate a stand-up forklift to pull replenishments and help with put-away.
Supports other DC areas to facilitate customer order processing, including but not limited to replenishment, receiving, shipping, full case picking and slotting.
Runs a report hourly to identify any allocation issues with customer orders, resolves the issues.
Does stock adjustments as necessary to correct inventory.
Research shipping errors, including but not limited to, counting the picks, checking bulk cases for vendor errors, and using Smart Office to look at history of product.
Research variances found by cycle count.
