About The Position

The Inventory Control Associate will perform inventory counts inside gas stations and convenience stores. This role involves working across the sales floor, stockroom, coolers, and freezers, traveling to 1-3 different store locations per day. The associate will work as part of a small team and carpool to job sites. The typical work week is 36-42 hours, including travel and inventory time, with early morning starts and daily travel required. This is a physical, hands-on role that requires reliable transportation.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, active car insurance, and reliable transportation required for travel between job sites and participation in team carpooling (you will be required to drive)
• Ability to pass background check and MVR screening
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, bend, and squat
• Physical work includes frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, ladder use, and working in coolers and freezers

Responsibilities

• Accurately count inventory using a 10-key device
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Submit inventory reports to store managers/clients
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy across multiple locations on a daily and weekly basis
