Requirements

Lifts and carries up to 50 pounds.
Generally has 2-5 years of experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, auditing, or inventory reconciliation in a warehouse or distribution environment
Proficiency using inventory management, ERP, or sales order systems (e.g., Oracle or similar software)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies accurately
Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely; certification preferred
Ability to analyze inventory data, maintain accurate records, and support inventory accuracy initiatives
Knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, product tracking, and inventory movement
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams
Knowledge of construction or industrial products is a plus
bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Responsibilities

Audit inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.
Research and resolve all issues, adjustments and discrepancies.
Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.
Assists in maintaining inventory accuracy.
Complete follow up to all previous inventory adjustments.
Completes and reviews cycle counts.
Maintain time control tables consistent with base tables, key and review allocations.
Receives products from vendors to check for quality.
Communicates potential quality issues to buyers.
Maintains quality control and inventory control manuals.
Follows company safety policy and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
