About The Position

AtriCure, Inc. is a company that provides innovative technologies for the treatment of Afib and related conditions. The Inventory Control Associate position is responsible for the movement and proper storage of materials, ensuring the accuracy of inventory and transactions within the inventory system. This role works within the MRP system to guarantee the availability of materials for all Work Orders, adhering to all inventory processes and procedures with a focus on safety, accuracy, and continuous workflow. Participation in all physical inventory activities is also required.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in related field
  • Computer/data entry skills
  • Good organizational and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and able to multi-task
  • Ensures professional interactions with customers and employees
  • Seeks out opportunities to learn new skills and acquire information
  • Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand as needed
  • Ability to occasionally bend and push/pull as needed
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Inventory or Warehouse experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of cGMP and ISO standards

Responsibilities

  • Movement and proper storage of materials
  • Ensuring accuracy of inventory and transactions within the inventory system
  • Working within the MRP system to ensure the availability of materials for all Work Orders
  • Following all inventory processes and procedures with an emphasis on safety, accuracy, and continuous workflow
  • Participating in all physical inventory activities
  • Demonstrates a good level of understanding of the inventory system in GP
  • Demonstrates the ability to research inaccuracies within the inventory
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently and achieve a standard level of work volume and accuracy
  • Participates in all cycle counts in their assigned inventory areas
  • Responsible for the integrity of the system inventory data for their assigned areas of responsibility
  • Responsible to maintain records as required by the quality system
  • Identify and communicate material issues and shortages that may disrupt production activities
  • Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of their assigned inventory areas
  • Regular and predictable work performance
  • Ability to work under fast-paced conditions
  • Ability to make decisions and use good judgment
  • Ability to prioritize various duties and multitask as required
  • Ability to successfully work with others
  • Additional duties as assigned
