About The Position

The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for directing the activities of Inventory Control/Quality Assurance personnel to ensure consistency and conformance to schedules and operating procedures. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with co-workers and other K & N departments, assisting internal departments with inventory and product quality questions/problems, and conducting independent audits to research and reconcile discrepancies. The associate will also handle special duties assigned by the department Supervisor and maintain all required reports.

Requirements

  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job will be considered.
  • 2 years hands-on warehouse experience.
  • 4 years Inventory and or Quality experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in a variety of computer programs specifically MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to achieve K & N forklift certification.

  • Team player, maintaining a customer focus, both internally and externally.
