About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring the proper execution of all processes necessary to guarantee inventory accuracy. The Inventory Compliance Coordinator will verify the accuracy of all product received into Finished Goods inventory, ensure timely completion of all cycle counts, and audit/reconcile these counts, posting appropriate transactions in Mapics. The role involves investigating issues affecting inventory accuracy, monitoring for anomalies such as negative balances and excessive transaction quantities, and resolving these issues. Additionally, the coordinator will maintain data systems for inventory accuracy, assist in the identification and disposition of obsolete product, and manage mass inventory pulls. Other tasks may be assigned by the Special Projects Manager.

Requirements

A minimum of a High School education.
Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, required.
Knowledge of Mapics application suite, required.
Thorough understanding of the corporate impact of inventory accuracy.

Nice To Haves

Three years in a similar role, preferred.

Responsibilities

Verify accuracy of all product received to Finished Goods inventory.
Ensure all cycle counts are completed in a timely manner.

Investigate issues affecting inventory accuracy and assist in implementing effective resolutions.
Monitor for inventory anomalies such as negative balances and excessive transaction quantities and resolve all ensuing issues.
Maintain all data systems as necessary to ensure accuracy of inventory locations and balances.
Assist in identification and disposition of obsolete and discontinued product.
Effectively manage all mass inventory pulls.
Other tasks as deemed appropriate by Special Projects Manager.
