This role is in support of American Health Packaging, a Cencora business offering pharma packaging services in the US. The Inventory Clerk accurately counts bulk merchandise in primary warehouse locations, performs appropriate adjustments on inventory levels, and researches discrepancies as it relates to inventory levels. This role also handles requesting return authorizations, pulling product, packaging and shipping returns and recalls, and providing internal and external customer support. The Inventory Clerk assists with physical inventory, develops and implements new processes and procedures when necessary, and supports the Inventory Department with a variety of tasks such as placing purchase orders, writing narcotic blanks, monitoring service levels and breaking down deals. The position requires compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and DEA regulations. The role may require overtime and participation in physical inventory. The Inventory Clerk must be able to work in a refrigerated/cooler area for long periods of time and obtain a power equipment certification or complete the training for it. Additional duties include DSCSA Exception Support, Inventory Control Duties, and Operational Support.
