Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher)
Proficient with Excel.
Dropbox, Cloud based storage access.
Excellent math and accounting skills.
Subject to pre-employment background check and motor vehicle report review.
Subject to pre-employment physical, medical evaluation, and drug screen due to the safety sensitive nature of this position.
Successfully complete and maintain any required safety certification and testing on an annual basis.

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience is preferred.
College or Technical School degree is a plus.
Inventory management software knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Receives and issues parts and materials through the materials management system.
Assist in preparing Inventory reports.
Conduct Cycle Count inventory processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
Maintain and evaluate inventory records.
Compliance with contractually required spare part stocking inventory levels.
Create an efficient space utilization plan.
Notify management of shortages or other problems that could impact product availability.
Use proper procedures for locating and utilizing product inventory.
Check orders for accuracy and quality.
Create or assist with creating inventory standard.
Maintains inventory control including parts, materials, and supplies.
Administers KCSA’s warranty and administration program.
Participate in the hazard identification and resolution process.
Regular and consistent engagement, participation and promotion of Herzog’s Culture and its essential behaviors are a requirement for this position.
Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are a requirement for this position.
Other duties as assigned.
