About The Position

This position involves conducting quality assessments, performing repairs, maintaining inventory, and carrying out preventative maintenance. The role primarily includes removing finished goods or raw materials from production lines and placing them in the warehouse or production areas. The Inventory Clerk is responsible for equipment, adhering to all work instructions, Good Manufacturing Practices, and housekeeping procedures. This includes maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse, ensuring the accuracy of all transactions and product scanning, repairing any damaged units, and maintaining ISO standards. The role also requires reporting safety issues to appropriate personnel and completing other duties or training as assigned by a Supervisor. Note that duties for this and Inventory Control roles are generically defined to describe job functions with similar skill levels, and area supervision is responsible for defining and communicating specific duties.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Have 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a manufacturing operations environment preferred
