About The Position

The Inventory Clerk will manage and coordinate inventory activities, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and organization of all warehouse products. This role requires strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field (cold storage or logistics experience preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations related to warehouse operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records promptly.
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse storage areas.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to support management decisions.
