MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee-Owner, Inventory Clerk, to join our Burnsville, MN team. This onsite role will be picking, packing and shipping products, tools and supplies to internal and external clients.

Requirements

HS diploma, GED or equivalent.
Must be proficient in data entry, the windows environment and be able to utilize MS Office Applications.
Ability to lift and maneuver a minimum of 35 pounds.
Must be willing to work overtime to support team and company goals as needed.
Successfully complete all assigned training and cross training in other areas of MSI.
Local candidates.

Exhibit excellent customer service in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

Daily picking, packing, shipping and receiving of customer orders, parts and tech tools and supplies.
Ensure that items are stocked and stored in the appropriate places daily.
Place orders for more inventory based on demand.
Restock depleted products.
Keep the warehouse area clean and organized.
Answer phones.
Handle parts counter and will call area for couriers and customers.
Inventory clerks are responsible for keeping detailed records of inventory, perform counts for audits and other activities.
Report discrepancies between the recorded and available number of products to supervisor.
Analyze previous data to help the company make informed decisions.
