About The Position

At CJ Logistics Americas, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual (Korean/English) Inventory Clerk to join our team and keep our inventory running like clockwork! This role involves organizing, monitoring, and maintaining accurate inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, auditing, and reconciliation, tracking product movement, investigating inventory issues, managing inventory at varying status levels, and operating a Stand-Up Forklift. The Inventory Clerk will also collaborate with customers, receiving, and sales teams to resolve discrepancies and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required).
Attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplaces.
Experience operating a Stand-Up Forklift.
Critical thinking skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve work-related issues effectively.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with AS400/Korber/Blue Yonder and/or other warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

Organize, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations.
Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation for aisle, inbound, and outbound inventory.
Track and update product movement, identifying and correcting inventory discrepancies.
Investigate recurring inventory issues and determine the root cause.
Properly manage inventory at varying status levels (e.g., on-hand, on-order, damaged).
Operate a Stand-Up Forklift to assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and other warehouse tasks.
Work alongside customers, receiving, and sales teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.
Perform other duties as assigned within training and expertise.
