Nautel is seeking a Full-Time Inventory Clerk to be based in the Bangor Maine facility. Nautel is an award-winning company founded and headquartered in Nova Scotia. Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Ability to read and understand Work Orders, ECR's, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ability to work independently and with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Communicates effectively – Provides and receives information clearly and effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Prior inventory experience preferred.
• May be required to work overtime on an as needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Use of Nautel MRP System for inventory control.
• Placing received goods into inventory.
• Picking and preparation of Customer Service orders.
• Preparation of customer spares and ancillary kits.
• Use of JIRA & Confluence.
• Assist with physical stock counts according to cycle counting procedures.
• Reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
• Support production parts requests.
• Maintenance of Stock Room and Stock Locations.
