Seeking a motivated individual to join our Materials Management Team as an Inventory Clerk. At Montgomery County Memorial Hospital, we pride ourselves in small-town values and advanced medical care. Requirements
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be well organized and able to set priorities
- High reliability (attendance)
- High school diploma
Responsibilities
- Computer work related to issuing supplies and processing requisitions including scanning of packing lists, etc.
- Responsible for restocking non chargeable Pyxis supply items.
- Stocking Hospital and Clinic departments' supplies for both chargeable and non-chargeable items
- Checking in Freight
- Delivering Freight to various department
- Restock IV Bags in Med Pyxis and check outdates for the IV bags
- Answering phone and emails
- Spot check inventory on a quarterly basis
- Inventory count at the end of each fiscal year
