About The Position

A Distribution Center Inventory Clerk performs daily counts and reconciliation of existing product inventories while monitoring code dates and any out-of-stock situations that need attention. The Distribution Center Inventory Clerk will quickly and efficiently separate and categorize damaged product and returns; salvages and repacks breakage while maintaining accurate records of all product and repack material as it is moved in and out of the breakage room. This role is part of the Operations/Distribution Center team.

Requirements

18 years of Age or Older
Ability to Read and Interpret a Warehouse Pick Ticket
Basic Math Comprehension

Nice To Haves

High School Graduate or Equivalent Certificate
Forklift and other DC Equipment Experience/Certification
Advanced Time Management and Organizational Skills

Responsibilities

Performs daily inventory counts with proper inventory hand held device and reconciles counts against eoStar expected quantities.
Replenishes and stocks racks assigned to the inventory team daily utilizing FIFO rotation practices; ensures all are properly slotted.
Salvages saleable product by verifying code date, performing a visual inspection, and cleaning product.
Repacks product appropriately ensuring packing specifications are met.
Captures and enters all code dates and quantities when performing the weekly close-dated product inventory counts.
Monitors product code dates on all products and applies an approved code date label to all items repacked; code date label should reflect the oldest date inside the case when multiple dates are repacked together.
Properly uses various DC equipment ensuring all guidelines and compliance requirements are followed.
