About The Position

Circle K is seeking an Inventory Auditor to travel daily to stores within the region to conduct physical inventories of store merchandise using a handheld scanner. The Inventory Auditor will review audit results with the Store Manager and communicate findings to the Audit Supervisor and Operations Management, supporting operational excellence through accurate, efficient inventory audits.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum of 1 year inventory auditing or retail experience in a convenience store environment
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and current liability insurance
Proficient with handheld scanning technology and strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and inventory management systems such as PDI.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills
Ability to work early morning shifts and flexible hours

Responsibilities

Conduct physical inventory counts using handheld devices, by tag section and category
Verify merchandise and store assets including cash, lottery, money orders, and deposits
Identify and pull out-of-code merchandise, price discrepancies, or inventory errors
Review audit results and discrepancies with Store Management, District Managers and Audit Supervisor
Perform compliance surveys per operational and financial procedures
Ensure safe work practices per company rules and regulations
Communicate professionally with store personnel and audit team
Work independently in a fast-paced environment, completing multi-task assignments
Complete and submit all audit documentation accurately and timely
