About The Position
Valley Inventory Service is seeking experienced Inventory Auditors, Counters, and Supervisors for a temporary project lasting approximately 6 months, with potential for long-term roles for high performers. This role requires reliable transportation to various job sites, including occasional travel to neighboring states. Previous experience with inventory counting or auditing companies like RGIS, WIS International, or PICS is required. The company specializes in audits for liquor, convenience, drug, hardware, warehouse, and grocery stores. They are looking for dependable, team-oriented individuals who can start immediately and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This temporary assignment offers consistent work and the chance to gain valuable experience, with potential for long-term employment based on performance and business needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience with an inventory counting or auditing company
- Experience with RGIS, WIS International, PICS, or similar inventory companies: 1 year (Required)
- Inventory Counting: 1 year (Required)
- 2 forms of valid identification
- Reliable transportation
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours
- Ability to frequently squat, kneel, bend, climb ladders, reach, and stand for extended periods (up to 10–12 hours), with or without reasonable accommodation
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to relocate to Tri-Cities, WA before starting work (Required)
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (Required)

Responsibilities
- Counting inventory accurately and efficiently
- Bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and remaining on your feet throughout inventories
- Traveling to customer locations throughout Oregon and Washington
- Working closely with team members to complete inventories on schedule
- Maintaining strong attendance and punctuality
