As an Inventory Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. You will be responsible for cycle counting, receiving inbound inventory, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring inventory records are accurate across systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and effective communication with vendors and cross-functional teams, including Fulfillment, Purchasing, and Logistics, to support overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while staying organized
  • Willingness to support all warehouse functions, including picking, packing, and shipping
  • Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, Excel, or similar systems)
  • Ability to follow processes and complete tasks independently

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse or inventory experience
  • Experience with cycle counting or inventory audits
  • Forklift experience or certification
  • Experience using NetSuite or similar ERP systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills when researching inventory discrepancies

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Receive and process inbound inventory
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and adjustments
  • Document and process damaged inventory
  • Assist with warehouse organization and inventory placement optimization
  • Support picking, packing, and shipping operations as needed
  • Assist with heavy lifting and general warehouse tasks
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding inventory issues
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
