About The Position

Millstone Medical is a fast-growing, fast-paced medical service provider for the top Orthopedic companies in the industry. Millstone’s business focus is sterile and non-sterile packaging of medical devices. Millstone also engages in other activities, such as mechanical inspection and assembly, which are designed to meet the outsourcing requirements of medical device manufacturers seeking to reduce costs while maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and timeliness. We are FDA and ISO registered and employ a detailed internal quality system to ensure ISO compliance. The Inventory Associate assists the Supervisor with continuous improvements of all inventory related to the Millstone Distribution Center. In addition, the Inventory associate will help provide Inventory information as needed and directed by the Supervisor to ensure inventory accuracy. The Inventory associate will assist with managing cycle counts, maintaining finished good levels and general upkeep of product bins. All other duties as assigned. This position includes visual inspection of medical devices and instruments which requires the ability to detect defects.

Requirements

  • High School or GED
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic math and hardware knowledge
  • Ability to read all department procedures
  • Knowledge and execution of issues related to compliance
  • Prior inventory control experience is required
  • Ability to read and write the English language
  • Experience operating Reach Truck and Forklift
  • 20/20 or corrected vision is required.

Responsibilities
