About The Position

Jockey is hiring Seasonal Part-time Inventory Associate at Coopers Uptown for the upcoming holiday season! A fusion of old and new, we’re proud to carry on the retail legacy of the Jack Andrea store with a twist, now owned and operated by Jockey International, Inc. Inventory Associates will typically work 15-20 hours per week, with a focus on weekend availability.

Requirements

16 years of age or older required
Strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Basic math, data entry, and computer skills

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment is preferred

Responsibilities

Receive, unpack, and sort incoming shipments.
Verify incoming shipments against manifests to ensure accuracy.
Checking product for flaws and documenting damages.
Maintain an organized stockroom by optimizing layouts for efficient product storage and retrieval.
Ensure that items are correctly labeled and stored in accessible locations.
Restock shelves and displays in retail areas, ensuring that older stock is rotated to the front to minimize waste.
Assist with customer inquiries related to stock availability.
Ability to use POS.
Willingness to adjust to salesfloor needs.
Basic product knowledge.
