Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of inventory experience
• Experience using RF (handheld) devices
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide across units of measure)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for entire shift
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures (hot summers / cold winters)
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to analyze issues, determine root cause, and propose solutions

Nice To Haves

• Fork truck, reach truck, or rider walkie experience
• Familiarity with Manhattan WMS

Responsibilities

• Locate and verify inventory across all physical locations (quantity, item, description)
• Use RF devices and systems to track and manage inventory accurately
• Identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and communicate findings promptly
• Partner with leadership to resolve damages, invalid UPCs, and zero on-hand inventory
• Perform calculations to support inventory counts and adjustments
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper inventory control processes
• Follow safety, security, and confidentiality standards at all times
• Support a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, customer service, and safety
