About The Position
Ensure every part, product, and material is right where it should be—accurate, accounted for, and ready for action. As an Inventory Associate at Wisenbaker, you’ll be the backbone of our supply chain: maintaining order, supporting production, and helping prevent costly delays. You’ll work with a team that values structure, communication, and smart processes, not last-minute chaos.
Requirements
- At least a year in a warehouse or stock role
- Familiarity with scanners and inventory software
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and contribute positively to the team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proactive in identifying and resolving issues
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience using scanners and inventory software
Responsibilities
- Accurately track, count, and record inventory levels
- Identify and correct discrepancies in real time
- Use warehouse systems and scanners to maintain inventory integrity
- Follow and improve inventory processes to avoid bottlenecks
