Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inventory management required.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management skills, strong decision-making ability and excellent attention to detail.
• Well organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient while maintaining professionalism always.
• Strong computer proficiency and comfort using several software and web-based applications.
• Committed to collaboration and teamwork.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

• Inclination for learning new systems and applications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory supplies by pulling, unpacking, and organizing stock items.
• Supply inventory to team members at the start of production shifts.
• Ensure scanned orders match the pulled inventory to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Assist in inventory counts and audits as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient inventory replenishment.
• Participates in bi-annual physical inventory count.
• Maintains, cleans, and organizes inventory supply and equipment storage areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
