Inventory Associate 3rd Shift (Sun-Thurs 11pm - 7:30am)
About The Position
Millstone Medical is a fast-growing, fast-paced medical service provider for top Orthopedic companies. Millstone specializes in sterile and non-sterile packaging of medical devices, as well as mechanical inspection and assembly. They are FDA and ISO registered and employ a detailed internal quality system. This role is for a 3rd Shift Inventory Associate (Sun-Thurs 11pm - 7:30am). The Inventory Associate assists the Supervisor with continuous improvements of all inventory related to the Millstone Distribution Center, ensuring inventory accuracy. This position includes visual inspection of medical devices and instruments, requiring the ability to detect defects.
Requirements
- High School or GED
- Attention to detail
- Basic math and hardware knowledge
- Ability to read all department procedures
- Knowledge and execution of issues related to compliance
- Able to perform various tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Prior inventory control experience is required
- Ability to read and write the English language
- Experience operating Reach Truck and Forklift
- 20/20 or corrected 20/20 vision is required
Responsibilities
- Assists the Supervisor with continuous improvements of all inventory related to the Millstone Distribution Center.
- Helps provide Inventory information as needed and directed by the Supervisor to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assists with managing cycle counts.
- Maintains finished good levels.
- General upkeep of product bins.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Visual inspection of medical devices and instruments which requires the ability to detect defects.
