We operate multiple manufacturing facilities in Richmond, KY, Stanton, KY, Winchester, VA and our newest location in Henderson, NV, that allow us to deliver a high-quality custom product at an affordable price with a quick turnaround. We exist, grow, and ultimately own the market by delighting customers who trust and value us. At our manufacturing studio, our team is responsible for creating and assembling customer orders from our Retail stores and online business. These may include beautiful pieces of timeless art, mounting a piece of clothing or a tapestry, or framing an unforgettable photo from an unforgettable moment. Our team processes the orders from custom technology, measures all the inputs to the highest quality, and cuts, mounts and frames the art with pristine perfection. We are detail-oriented craftsmen and makers who work with our hands all day to ensure our customers’ prized possessions are taken care of and that the end product surpasses expectations. We are a factory team who cuts, sews, builds, glues, measures, frames and ships our goods back to delighted individuals. A Warehouse Inventory Associate is responsible for safely using a Forklift to load and unload materials and deliveries moving them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks. They are also responsible for ensuring the production floor is fully stocked, anticipating the needs of the production teams they support.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience as forklift operator or similar role.
  • Working knowledge of industrial equipment.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Self-motivated problem-solver.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with ability to identify and resolve problems.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

  • OSHA-compliant industrial equipment handling and safe warehouse operations.
  • Inventory logging, stock rotation, and raw material logistics management.
  • Inter-departmental coordination to keep rapid-production cells fully supplied.

Responsibilities

  • Unload and upload material to their appropriate places.
  • Identify damages upon unpacking and report to Leadership.
  • Report shortages to Leadership.
  • Report quality deficiencies to Leadership.
  • Transport raw materials to production workstations.
  • Keep updated records of inventory.
  • Produce activity logs.
  • Comply with company policies and guidelines.
  • Assist in keeping a safe environment.
