About The Position

Join our team as an Inventory Associate and become part of a mobile workforce conducting field auditing across 1-3 retail convenience store locations daily on an established regional route. This role involves performing high-accuracy physical stock counting and inventory control audits using handheld counting equipment. You will count stock in various areas, identify inventory variances, reconcile discrepancies, and provide daily audit reports. The position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with predictable weekends off, paid hands-on training from Day 1, and great benefits.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License, active auto insurance, and personal, reliable vehicle ownership suitable for daily team travel and carpooling rotations (rideshare services like Uber or Lyft cannot be used to meet job requirements).
Ability to complete background and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
Physical stamina to stand, bend, squat, use short step-ladders, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in cool environments (walk-in coolers).
Early risers who enjoy active, hands-on work in a team environment.
