About The Position

The Inventory and Materials Coordinator will support the operations team in inventory management and warehouse administration. This role requires a solid work ethic, a high level of initiative, and the ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent follow-up and organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. This position will lead by example, prioritize customer service, and drive the Tundra WOW experience daily. This is a full-time position reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

  • 2 years of industry experience.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with an ERP system (M3 preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Focused on problem solving.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter, able to work independently, within a team, and across various groups in the organization at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and follow up skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift and/or Reach Truck certification is encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
  • Assist with primary and secondary cycle counts.
  • Work with Tundra’s Inventory Control staff on investigations and reconciliation.
  • Maintain quarantine and auxiliary warehouse (Repair/Return bin locations, ZZBin, etc).
  • Assist in resolving customer order discrepancies related to inventory.
  • Perform systematic inventory adjustments as required.
  • Manage product returns (RMAs).
  • Cost parts as needed.
  • Support overall warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, order picking, and driver/courier interactions.
  • Support warehouse administration when needed (scanning/filing of documents, etc).
  • Support Tundra’s culture and core values.
