Requirements

  • Business degree or post-secondary equivalent.
  • Order management, inventory reconciliation, data integrity maintenance, process improvement.
  • Order management practices, inventory management practices, process improvement flow.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Use of SAP, WMS (Warehouse Management System) etc.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for order and inventory accuracy in the SAP ERP system for breweries and Distribution Centres within region.
  • Responsible for Raw Materials & Finished Goods (this applies ONLY to Inventory Analysts in East/West)
  • Responsible for overnight, on-site inventory counts once per month to balance warehouse management system and SAP for month end reporting
  • Execution of daily tasks on order and inventory accuracy resulting in system data integrity. This has a direct contribution to cost effective decisions being made in the Supply and Deployment planning processes with the end result of related business targets being met.
  • Ensuring that the inventory management system is in agreement with external warehouses at all times and reflective of inventory in-transit and on-hand throughout the warehouses and in the Brewery.
  • Daily maintenance of warehouse discrepancy report.
  • Processing system rebate beer on a regular basis.
  • Weekly processing of internally repacked product in system.
  • Weekly analysis of sufficient product for external repack plan.
  • Expediting of in-transit deliveries, based on priorities of the business.
  • Responsible for Key Performance Indicators: Inventory Accuracy, Customer order fill rate, Inventory transaction accuracy.
  • Responsible for monitoring returnable packaging loss within their regions.
  • Coaching operators on any potential FEFO (First Expired First Out) violations.
  • Cascading any SKU changes to front line management & operators.
