Requirements

• At least 3 years of data analysis experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfortable navigating computer systems and software to assist customers or manage activities.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.
• Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically.
• Ability to navigate and access all facilities.
• Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.
• Close vision for computer-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Uploading physical inventory counts for all stores.
• Working in conjunction with AP, Purchasing, IT, and DC Operations to verify inventory integrity and making corrections as needed.
• Reporting on various aspects of the business as needed, helping to aide in decision making and improvements in practices.
• Analyzing inventory data to report findings from store, DC, and internet inventories on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Researching missed receiving for AP and DLPS.
• Aiding DLPS in research and analysis of inventory variances.
• Supporting stores with questions about receiving and inventory.
• Creating and analyzing reports essential for inventory research and the 1301 account.
• Assisting with duplicate payment into the shrink account.
• Assisting with creating and implementing SOPs for receiving, purchasing, and inventory processes.
• Working alongside a team of talented professionals who are passionate about their work and strive for excellence every day.
• Acting as a trusted internal partner across departments to collaborate on initiatives projecting positive business outcomes.
• Using discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Actively participating in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leveraging these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
• Providing friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
