Inventory Analyst - Temporary
About The Position
This is a Temporary On-Site position at Koozie Group in Sleepy Eye MN, running from now through December 2026. The role involves updating inventory documents in the computer system, counting inventory in the facility and warehouse (requiring comfort with heights), and participating in both manual counts and computer adjustments. The Inventory Analyst will need to work independently with minimal supervision, use and read a tape measure, perform calculations based on measurements and counts, and possess excellent communication skills to interact with various employees, supervisors, and managers. Basic computer skills are also required.
Requirements
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to maneuver within documents and add detail to documents
- Not afraid of heights
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision

Responsibilities
- Updating inventory documents in computer system
- Counting inventory in the facility as well as the warehouse
- Participate in both the manual counts as well as the computer adjustments
- Use and read a tape measure
- Perform calculations based on measurements and counts
- Communicate with all employees (machine operators/facilitators/co-workers), supervisors, managers if needed
