About The Position

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, analyzing inventory data, and supporting production and supply chain operations. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory control principles, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively across departments in both office and manufacturing environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles and cycle count methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to interpret inventory data and identify trends.
• Sit and stand for extended periods.
• Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Walk throughout warehouse and manufacturing areas.
• Bend, twist, and reach as necessary to perform job functions.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and production planning is preferred.
• APICS/ASCM, CPIM, CSCP, Lean Manufacturing, or other Supply Chain certifications.
• Experience supporting production scheduling or demand planning.
• Occasional travel may be required.
