About The Position

The Inventory Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, investigating, resolving and doing root cause analysis related to inventory discrepancies. Responsible for reporting inventory irregularities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2 years' experience operating industrial powered equipment required.
  • Basic computer skills required to include MS Outlook, Word and web based computer applications.
  • Professional communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Proven problem solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Working in a Manufacturing or Distribution Center environment preferred.
  • Warehouse Management System experience preferred, BPCS a plus.
  • Warehouse Management Systems (preferably Optum).
  • PeopleSoft experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Trouble shooting, investigations and root cause analysis of inventory out of balance situations and other inventory related errors.
  • Daily review, investigation and reporting of required inventory adjustments and related corrections.
  • Perform various inventory adjustments in multiple systems (Optum, BPCS, PS) with a high level of accuracy.
  • Perform systematic inventory audits in compliance with established procedures.
