Inventory Analyst I
About The Position
The Inventory Analyst I plays a critical role in ensuring product availability, operational efficiency, and inventory accuracy across Rheem Northeast Distribution’s branch network. This role monitors inventory levels, analyzes sales and usage trends, and partners with Procurement, Branch Operations, and an external inventory management provider to maintain optimal stock positions and prevent shortages or overstock conditions. The Inventory Analyst I also supports Item Governance processes, manages daily new‑item updates, and produces weekly and monthly reporting that drives purchasing and replenishment decisions. Once established in the role, the analyst will be trained to independently purchase assigned product lines. This position is based in North Plainfield, NJ and supports the Rheem Northeast Distribution business unit.
