About The Position

Lincoln, a Welbilt brand, designs, manufactures, and supplies high-performance conveyor ovens for high-volume operations in the global commercial foodservice market. As an Inventory Analyst I, you will be responsible for ensuring orders are shipped on time and that KPIs for the Materials Team are met. This position reports directly to the QAD Business Analyst and is based in Shreveport, LA. The role is open to candidates authorized to work and reside in specific states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming. Requirements

  • Associate's Degree
  • 2–4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Able to utilize ERP and ensure data accuracy
  • Knowledge of location systems and inventory pull systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Create and maintain KPIs to ensure inventory accuracy and quality
  • Strong skills with reporting tools (e.g. QAD, Excel, Power BI)

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Production scheduling and continued improvement plans a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Material Handlers, Purchasing, Finance, Quality and Engineering
  • Wear all required personal protective equipment
  • Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations
  • Daily inspection of any equipment used to move material
  • Perform and manage cycle counts, transfers
  • Implement ECO/PCO changes to inventory
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits
  • Prepare and adjust production schedule to meet customer demand
  • Support root cause investigations of inventory inaccuracies
  • Maintain and update item data
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Quality and Shop floor leads to resolve material shortages, capacity conflicts and missing parts affecting schedules
  • Ensure data integrity through regular audits, reconciliation of manual logs to system data, and documentation of data capture procedures
  • Build out and report on KPI’s for Material Handlers
  • Other duties as described to ensure on time delivery rates and inventory accuracy
