Requirements
- Ability to execute digital barcode transactions and navigate standard computer technologies.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and properly operating measuring and inspection equipment.
- Possession of a valid fork truck / forklift license.
- Strong reading, writing, documentation, and basic math skills.
- High attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to pass a proficiency test verifying the above technical and math skills.
Responsibilities
- Move physical inventory, load/unload delivery trucks, and consolidate orders to prepare them for shipment.
- Complete all necessary software and barcode database entries to accurately log transferred, accepted, or rejected materials.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by executing regular cycle counts, operating industrial scales, and filing scrap reports.
- Oversee physical and transactional receiving activities to ensure inward bound materials are accurately logged.
- Participate in and lead peer training as operational demands require.
