About The Position

The Inventory Control Accounting Team Member is responsible for the daily support of store and or warehouse personnel regarding inventory issues. The Inventory Control Accounting Team Member is also responsible for the reconciliation and invoice preparation of store and or warehouse inventory.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Work at a computer workstation with repetitive hand and wrist movements
Sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods.
Operate standard office equipment (computer, phone, printer, copier).
Communicate effectively (see, hear, speak) in person and via phone or video conferencing
Lifting and/or transporting up to 20 lbs. throughout the necessary location.
Stand and move within the office environment
Clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less (i.e., working with small objects or reading small print), including use of computers.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the liquor retail industry.
At least 3 years of Accounting experience.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving number concept skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Balancing and reconciling the daily receipts from stores and or warehouse.
Research and documentation of correspondence with stores and for maintaining the orderly record-keeping system.
Researching pricing and prepare invoices for payment to vendors.
Documenting the correspondence with outside vendors and the ABC Purchasing team.
Performing daily communications with store and or warehouse personnel.
Perform additional duties as assigned by Leadership.
