About The Position
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the Intramural Sports General Official will help run the on-going sports programs. Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 1 Year Related Experience
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Willing to work in the province of Quebec at the campus where the position is based / located
- English communication both verbally and in writing (level 4 on a scale of 0-4)
Nice To Haves
- Strong knowledge of the selected sport is an asset.
- Ability to learn quickly and multitask.
- Well organized with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Officiating/refereeing intramural matches
- Game coordination and application intramural and sports specific rules
- Assist with player check-in and scorekeeping
- Assist with equipment setup and takedown
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive playing environment
